Taylor Lautner has debuted a shocking new hairstyle.

The Twilight star will be appearing as Dr Cassidy Cascade in the upcoming season of comedy-horror series Scream Queens alongside Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts and Glee’s Lea Michele, and he seems to have gone all-in and dyed his hair lavender.

The actor casually showed off his brightly-coloured barnet in a snap of him lounging on a sofa in a tracksuit, writing: “Set life can be slowwwwww.”

The US show, which airs on E4 in the UK, is from Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan – the team behind Glee.

Is this a Halloween episode? Is this the true hair of the mysterious Dr Cascade? Is it a wig?
