Ross Poldark is a free man after fending off accusations of plundering a ship.
The mine owner’s future was hanging in the balance as he stood trial in the latest episode, and fans, wrung out from the stress of The Archers trial, could barely cope.
But an hour after Helen was released on the radio soap, Poldark (Aidan Turner) was also free.

The swoon-worthy star has made a bit of a name for himself with that six-pack and viewers tune in expecting it to be on show.

But as the minutes ticked by, Ross’s shirt stayed firmly buttoned up.
