Team GB’s incredible performance in track cycling ended on a high after Katy Marchant secured herself a bronze medal in Rio.

Marchant came third in the women’s sprint, behind fellow Brit Becky James and Germany’s Kristina Vogel, marking a significant moment for the cycling team…

Now every single Team GB cyclist will be bringing home at least one medal.

In the final night of action, Team GB’s golden couple Laura Trott and Jason Kenny powered to victory in the velodrome, adding two more golds to the country’s medal haul.
