We’re putting our hats back in the wardrobe for the time being, as sadly Jesy Nelson and Jake Roche’s nuptials won’t be going ahead any time soon.
The Little Mix star and her Rixton fiance are still very much together (PHEW), but they’re just so busy and successful that they can’t possibly find a spare moment to plan their wedding.
Jesy, 25, has had a manic schedule with international tour dates, a slot at V Festival and today is appearing at Newmarket Racecourse with her group.

According to the Daily Mirror, she said: “I wish our wedding plans were moving forward, but no. Things have been so full-on for us for the past year, we just havenât had any time to do anything.”
The couple got engaged in July last year when Jake, 23, popped the question on stage at Manchester Arena while Ed Sheeran serenaded them, and Jake’s mum Coleen Nolan later said she didn’t think they’d hang about with a long engagement.
But while wedding bells are not on their minds just now, they have been making sweet music together.
Jesy said: “Weâve been in the studio together trying to write songs, which was really exciting. We havenât wrote any love songs yet â weâre just trying to get a hit. We work well together but we probably wonât duet yet â maybe in a few years.â
She assured fans: “Weâre still happy and are enjoying being engaged.
âI think weâll both know when we want the wedding to happen â when weâve got time. We donât want to be working and having loads of things going on while planning the big day â itâs just too stressful.â
