Well, now we’ve officially seen it all on X Factor – a couple got engaged during their audition on Saturday night’s show.
Pop wannabe Stephen, known as Silvar, knew that singing in front of four huge stars of the music world was just too good an opportunity to pass up when it came to popping the question to his girlfriend Sharna.
Their act, He Knows She Knows, got four yeses for their rendition of Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself, but Silvar was only looking for that all-important fifth yes.
He was nervous ahead of the episode, even though he of course already knew what Sharna’s response would be.

Silvar explained the tale of their romance before the audition, saying: “We’ve been together like six months now and it’s like a fairytale. Yeah, pure love.”
Sharna, who got in contact with her man on Christmas Eve and moved in with him by Boxing Day, said as they went in: “When we walk into that room, this is going to be one of the most memorable days of our lives.”
However, it seems X Factor’s viewers aren’t exactly suckers for a romance.
