On a day when Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City had a goal-scoring spree while Middlesborough had a comfortable victory against Bournemouth, it was quite an action-packed day â rounded off with Roberto Firmino taking his shirt off only to get booked and Jose Mourinho storming out of the dugout in anger.

Unlucky moment of the day
A late own goal by Hull captain Michael Dawson handed Watford 1-0 victory over the Tigers in what was largely an uninspiring afternoon at Vicarage Road.
Hull headed into the game on a five-game losing streak with an aggregate scoreline of 19-3 but they were resolute here until Dawson inadvertently directed Nordin Amrabat’s shot past David Marshall with just seven minutes remaining.

Manager tantrum of the day
Mourinho got a lot of attention today – for the wrong reasons.
He cut a frustrated figure in the stands as 10-man Manchester United failed to turn supremacy into victory.

The United boss was furious not to be awarded a penalty after a Jon Flanagan challenge on Matteo Darmian just before half-time, from which he returned in the stands rather than the dugout.
The second half restarted with United’s manager curiously sat in the front row of the stand, next to the dugout, and he eventually ventured further back to take up a spot in the directors’ box for the bulk of the second period.
Player of the day
It’s got to be Sergio Aguero. He was run close by Ilkay Gundogan, but the striker returned to form after failing to score in his previous six games, just in time for Manchester City’s home game with Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday.
He has now scored seven goals in nine games against West Brom after a clinical first-half double which included a rasping second that gave Ben Foster no chance.

His influence was limited in the second half as the Baggies tried to recover but the damage had been done and Aguero now has 13 goals this season.

Things arenât looking that great for the Black Cats at the moment, especially after suffering a crushing 4-1 defeat to Arsenal at the Stadium of Light.
The loss left Sunderland with two points from 10 Premier League games â equalling the lowest ever total at that stage.
Draws with Southampton and West Brom and eight defeats have seen David Moyesâs side match the unwanted record set by Manchester City in 1995.
The stats certainly look bleak for Moyes.
