Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil’s trial over claims he grabbed a woman and pulled her to the ground outside a Las Vegas Strip resort has been postponed.
The rocker’s lawyer told a judge this week that a key defence witness wasn’t available this week.
Vince didn’t attend court.
The judge reset the trial for October 20.
The lawyer wouldn’t say outside court whether the witness is actor Nicolas Cage.
Nicolas was seen in bystander video outside the Aria casino-hotel on April 7, when the alleged incident occurred.
The 55-year-old rock star could face up to six months in jail if he’s convicted.
