Matt LeBlanc is back to work on Top Gear after signing a two-series deal with the BBC.

The former Friends star, who was a hit when he stepped behind the wheel of the motoring show for the first time earlier this year, shared an image on Twitter of himself working on the next series.

The star is returning without his former co-host Chris Evans.

Chris was slated when he was on the show, with many viewers criticising what they called his “shouty” and excitable style.

The radio DJ quit after one series, saying he gave it his best shot but it was “not enough”.
