Former Great British Bake Off finalist Ruby Tandoh has criticised Paul Hollywood over his decision to stay on the show as it moves to Channel 4.
Tandoh, who starred in the 2013 series, was accused of “flirting” with Hollywood during her time on the show.
Following Hollywood’s announcement that he will leave the BBC to continue as a judge on the baking show, a series of tweets were posted on Tandoh’s Twitter account slamming his decision.
She called Hollywood a “peacocking manchild” who was “lingering wherever the money is”.
Tandoh also made reference to Hollywood reportedly arriving at filming revving a supercar.

In the same chain of tweets, she referenced the opening of classic novel Moby-Dick about a relentless hunt of a whale.

In 2013 Hollywood was forced to deny claims he gave the then 21-year-old former model preferential treatment because of her looks when she made it to the final of the hit BBC baking show.

Last year – after coming out as gay – Tandoh tweeted: “p.s. for those who thought I fancied Paul Hollywood or that I’d ever bang him to get ahead – Joke’s on you, you massive shitting misogynists.”
Hollywood spoke out during the series after fans pointed to an on-screen flirtation between the pair and said the suggestion that Tandoh’s appearance had improved her chances on the show was “rubbish”.
Tandoh, who lost in the final to Frances Quinn, later tweeted that she was going to be “told off”.

Hollywood’s representatives declined to comment.
