Corrie stars congratulate Samia Ghadie as she ties the knot

Coronation Street cast and crew have congratulated actress Samia Ghadie on her “love-filled day” after she married Sylvain Longchambon.

Catherine Tyldesley, who plays Eva Price on the soap, wrote on Twitter:

The most gorgeous day for a beautiful couple!! Thankyou @realsamia and @slongchambon – an amazing love filled day. Congrats xxxx

Corrie writer Damon Rochefort, tweeted a picture of himself on his way to the ceremony, writing:

Samia and Sylvain already have a son after getting together when they were partnered on Dancing On Ice in 2012.

Samia also has a daughter from her previous marriage to property developer Matthew Smith.
