Aston Villa are ‘working on plans’ for fans to be able to watch games in virtual reality
Given what happened last season, some Aston Villa fans might think not being able to watch games is a blessing.
But apparently some fans who are unable to attend games still want to see what’s going on on the pitch – and club chairman Dr Tony Xia has a plan.
One supporter asked him if there were “any plans to create an international membership scheme so that us non-UK Villa fans can feel part of the club” and this was his response.
Yes,working on many plans including developing VR equipment to help fans engage games etc. remotely. https://t.co/t23csEc3zp
