Britain’s IBF world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is set to defend his title against Eric Minola in Manchester on December 10.

The deal was struck after talks over a potential fight between AJ and Wladimir Klitschko fell through, with Eddie Hearn blaming confusion regarding the WBA belt vacated by Tyson Fury as the reason.

Joshua is currently unbeaten in 17, while American Minola lost his previous world title shot against Deontay Wilder last year.

The undercard is also looking particularly strong, with the long anticipated fight between fierce rivals Dillian Whyte and Dereck Chisora taking place with Whyte’s British title on the line.

Whyte/Chisora is by far the more appealing fight

The public has been waiting for both to get in the ring since Chisora gatecrashed a Whyte press conference, and even if the fight itself is a flop, the build up to it is bound to be exciting…

Whyte vs Chisora – the build up could be better than the fight. Really looking forward to this one.. bruv pic.twitter.com/IE6M34mjG9
